3. AI-Generated Programs & Suggestions
The App uses a third-party AI service to generate training programs, weight suggestions, coaching feedback, and injury advice. These are generated algorithmically based on your profile data and training history. They are not reviewed by a medical professional or certified personal trainer.
AI-generated recommendations may not be appropriate for your individual circumstances. Use your own judgment when following any suggestion, and stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, discomfort, or dizziness.
4. Exercise Modification Suggestions
The App includes an exercise modification feature that provides general guidance on which exercises to skip, modify, or proceed with based on reported discomfort. This is not a medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you experience sharp pain, persistent pain, or pain that worsens, stop exercising and consult a healthcare professional immediately.
5. Assumption of Risk
Exercise involves inherent risks of injury. By using the App, you acknowledge that:
- You participate in any exercise program at your own risk
- You are responsible for selecting weights, exercises, and intensities appropriate for your fitness level
- You should use proper form and technique for all exercises

- Following exercise programs generated by the App
- Following weight or repetition suggestions provided by the App
- Following injury advice provided by the App
- Performing exercises demonstrated or described in the App
- Any errors or omissions in the content provided by the App
7. No Guarantee of Results
The App does not guarantee any specific fitness results. Individual outcomes vary based on many factors including but not limited to genetics, nutrition, sleep, consistency, and adherence to the program.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you should obtain parental or guardian consent before using the App.
